Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

I want my customers to be 100% happy and excited with their new piece of jewelry. If for any reason you are not 100% happy, I will accept returns on most pieces. You will receive a refund for the price of the jewelry only. Shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase

NON-PERSONALIZED JEWELRY: 
You can receive a refund if returned within 21 days of delivery.

PERSONALIZED JEWELRY:
All personalized hand stamped jewelry pieces are NOT returnable. 

MISTAKE IN YOUR ORDER:
As perfect as we try to be, unfortunately sometimes things can happen with your order. If we made a mistake with your order, please let us know as soon as you receive your package and we are happy to correct it and make it right.

DAMAGED PIECE:
If by any chance you receive your order and it is damaged, please report it to us immediately upon opening. We carefully inspect every order before shipping but sometimes there may be a faulty component. 

REPAIRS: 
We hope you never need a repair on a piece of jewelry purchased from us, but if you do let us know. However anything older than 60 days/2 months of date of purchase may incur a small charge 

IF YOU ORDERED WRONG LENGTH: 
If your necklace or bracelet arrives and you realize you ordered the wrong size there are two options: 

1. You can purchase an extender from our shop. It can be used on other pieces as well.
2. Return the piece of jewelry and we can remake it in your desired size. HOWEVER, please note that there will be a $2.95 reship charge to send your jewelry back to you. Please be sure to notify us first of this and include your name, address and correct size in your package.

DELIVERY:
All orders are shipped through USPS with a tracking number. If your package is showing delivered and you did not receive it, please allow an extra day or two and then check with your post office. If your package still doesn't show up, please let us know and we can check with the postal service for you. Please note, refunds are NOT given on packages marked as delivered or are lost. As we have no control over the postal service. Thank you for your understanding.

**INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I ship worldwide. All orders will be insured and shipping charges reflect insurance costs. Shipping time could take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the destination. If you would like to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail, your cost will be significantly higher. However, there is still no guarantee of delivery time for International. There is no tracking available unless you upgrade to Express. Packages may be held up in customs which could delay your package. I have no control over the postal service once the package leaves my hands. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable!


**CUSTOMS: 
International Buyers are responsible for all customs fees and charges, duties and taxes as per your country. Customs charges are not the same as postage/shipping charges. I have no control over these charges and do not know what they might be. If you have any questions regarding customs, it is best to contact the customs office in your country for further details. The value of the package will be listed on the shipping/customs label on your package. 

***If you refuse to pay your countries custom charges and your package is returned, you will only receive partial refund of the item. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Custom fees and charges are the responsibility of the Buyer and should be expected when purchasing internationally***
