How soon will my order ship?
All jewelry for the most part is made to order.
You can expect your order to ship within 2 to 3 business days.
For larger Bridal Party orders, you can expect your order to ship within 2 to 5 business days. This time frame may change during holidays and busy season.

How is my order shipped?
All jewelry is carefully packaged in a lovely gift box with ribbon in a bubble mailer to get to you safely.
All orders are shipped First Class via United States Postal Service which includes tracking number.
Larger orders will be insured as well. You can upgrade shipping for an additional charge.

Do you ship International?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping time could take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the destination. If you would like to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail, your cost will be significantly higher. However, there is still no guarantee of delivery time for International. Packages may be held up in customs which could delay your package. We have no control over the postal service once the package leaves our hands.
Shipping charges are non-refundable!

International Buyers are responsible for all customs fees and charges, duties and taxes as per your country. Customs charges are not the same as postage/shipping charges. We have no control over these charges and do not know what they might be. If you have any questions regarding customs, it is best to contact the customs office in your country for further details. The value of the package will be listed on the shipping/customs label on your package.

We accept PayPal as well as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
You must contact us first within 14 days for a return authorization.
Your items must be returned unworn in the original box. Once we receive your item, a refund will be issued.
Personalized and Custom Orders are NOT returnable. Shipping Charges are Non Refundable.

What if I ordered the wrong size?                                                                     

If your necklace or bracelet arrives and you realize you ordered the wrong size there are two options: 

1. You can purchase an extender from our shop. It can be used on other pieces as well.
2. Return the piece of jewelry and we can remake it in your desired size. HOWEVER, please note that there will be a $2.95 reship charge to send your jewelry back to you. Please be sure to notify us first of this and include your name, address and correct size in your package.

What is the jewelry made from?
We create a line of fine jewelry not costume. It is created from authentic materials such as Sterling Silver, Gold Fill, Natural Gemstones, Shells and Freshwater Pearls. Very few components are pewter or plated and it is listed in the descriptions.

What is Gold Vermeil?
Gold Vermeil is sterling silver that has been heavily plated in gold.

How are the Real Leaves made?
There are many detailed, hand finished steps involved with this beatification process. First, every leaf is chosen for its beauty, shape, size and is carefully inspected. After each leaf is dried, it is then plated with copper to protect and retain the natural shape and patterns of the leaf. Each leaf is then electroplated with 24k Gold or Fine Silver. They will all vary in size, shape and texture.

Jewelry Care
Each order includes Jewelry Care Tips and an anti tarnish bag to help keep your jewelry sparkling.
However, over time real Sterling Silver does tarnish from being exposed to air, chemicals and skin.
Polishing cloths and jewelry cleaners will make your jewelry sparkle again.
